BACHELOR OF LAW (LLB) HELP University College now offers its own home-grown LLB programme known as the LLB (HELP). We have tailored our programme with the aim of enhancing and equipping individuals with the knowledge of Malaysian law. You can now earn a prestigious law degree which can be completed entirely at HELP University College.
Graduates who complete the HELP LLB programme will be granted the opportunity to enrol in a Masters Degree Programme of his/her choice offered by the HELP Graduate School, provided that they meet the specific requirements, if any of the said course.
Choices of the Masters degree* programmes include the following :-
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Master of Entrepreneurship
- Master of Managerial Psychology
- Master in Counselling
- Master of Accounting and Finance
- Master of Science in Economic Crime Management
The duration of the Masters programme is 18 months.

Bachelor of Laws (Year 2)- Law of Tort

Bachelor of Laws (Year 3)- Equity and Trust
- Legal Practice
- Choose three (3) Electives
Choice of Electives:- Intellectual Property Law

- Jurisprudence and Legal Theory

Students can choose any 4 out of the 9 elective subjects in year 2 and year 3.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS (Any one of the following)
- 2 STPM Grade C
- 2 A-Level passes
- 5 Bs in Senior Middle 3 (UEC)
- Australian Matriculation Program and equivalent qualification
- 3 SPM / O-Level credits (including English and Bahasa Melayu*)
*For Malaysians only All results must be obtained in ONE SITTING as stipulated by the Malaysian Legal Profession Qualifying Board
A credit in Bahasa Melayu at SPM is required by the Malaysian Legal Profession Qualifying Board for students intending to practice Law in Malaysia.
