Managing Corporate Culture in Times of Crisis
While the seminar will touch on the global financial crisis, it will focus on the global warming crisis.
Short term - the financial meltdown, what are the consequences?
Longer term – the global warming meltdown, what are the consequences?
Is your organization ready to cope with these two challenges? What culture changes will be required? Can your firm adapt and, if so, how quickly?
This will be an interactive seminar with responses, comments, questions and suggestions sought from the attendees.
