AssessmentStudents are assessed continuously through class quizzes, exams, assignments, case studies and group or individual projects throughout the program.

Graduation ProjectAll students are required to complete a project in their related field under supervision.
Seminars to Enhance Skills for Career SuccessSeminars covering the following areas will be conducted and all students are required to attend (at no additional cost). Although these seminars do not count as credit towards graduation, all HELP graduates must be trained in the following essential skills:
- Resolving Conflicts
- Negotiation
- Interpersonal Dynamics
- Team Building
Industrial TrainingTo enhance the effectiveness of classroom learning, students will also be exposed to hands-on practical learning which reflects the real-life working experience. Each student will have to undergo an intensive industrial training program, spanning 12 weeks at well known establishments in the tourism industry.
Multiple Learning and Experiential Paths for Students of Tourism Management- Guest lecture series by leading professionals to introduce the practice of the tourism and hospitality industry in Malaysia and in the world
- Workshops on the hypothetical company case studies, with preparing business reports
- Seminars on topical local and International issues eg How to Do Tourism Business: Locally, Regionally and Globally
- Publicity: contact with and learn from leading magazine and media publishers in the tourism industry
- Promoting the school: students learn from and use social media networks for future application in their jobs
