WELCOME to the
 The mission of this department is to train and equip the next generation of psychology graduates in this region through our undergraduate and postgraduate programs. At the undergraduate level, the Department of Psychology offers the Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) program and it also offers psychology subjects through the American Degree Program. At the postgradute level, the Department of Psychology offers the Master of Managerial Psychology, Masters in Counselling and the Master of Clinical Psychology. "UNDERSTANDING MINDS, EMPOWERING LIVES" The faculty was formerly known as the HELP Centre for Psychology which was established in 1999. The Faculty of Behavioural Sciences, which was established in 2006, now houses the Department of Psychology along with CAREERsense@HELP and the Center for Psychological and Counseling Services (CPCS). The mission of the Faculty of Behavioural Sciences is to have a positive impact on people in this region by providing quality education and conducting quality research in the area of human behaviour, thought, emotion, relationships, learning and development. This is reflected in the Faculty motto:
