Testimonial"
My experience with SASA was most unusual compared to other SASArians.
What makes SASA so special lies in the receivers themselves. These people are not only good academically, but are also active in their co-curricular activities. And for that, receivers of this award normally possess people skills and other EQ skills.
Being part of SASA was definitely a great experience. And I'm not saying this for the sake of publicity.
The truth is, only SASArians who truly participate in all the activities benefit from this scholarship. Through them, I got to know how private colleges work, how they identify potential business prospects, how to strategize and basic work ethics. Whilst learning all these skills, I also got to practise different approaches in communicating and managing tasks while maintaining relationships and many more. These experiences give you a rough idea of the working world. Apart from that, the advantages of SASA also extend to familiarizing yourself with the education system. This gives you an edge at selecting universities.
Also, being a SASArian means you are a scholar yourself - a plus point in your resume. Universities normally pay more attention to scholars simple because they are recognized; and they possess the potential to excel. Currently, I am pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Psychology at HELP. My SASA days are over now, and I can only tell you so much. But just remember one thing; regardless of whether you are a SASArian or not, you can only excel further if only you're true to yourself. However,
I guarantee you SASA is the place for go-getters. Here's a hint : Are you one of us? Whether you want it or not, it's a matter of choice. For readers who are high school students and graduates, I wish you the best of luck in life. Cheers! "
