HELP Scholarships & Bursaries are available for all pre-university and undergraduate programmes. They are awarded on the basis of academic merit and financial need. More than RM5 million worth of scholarships & bursaries are awarded on a yearly basis.

Apart from HELP's own Scholarships & Bursaries, there are also international scholarships to the London School of Economics & Political Science, such as 3 Standard Chartered Bank Scholarships worth of 19,000 pounds per annum for year two of undergraduate studies, and up to 3 LSE External Study Scholarships for two years of undergraduate studies. Other international scholarships include: HELP-University of Queensland Scholarship, HELP-Charles Sturt University Scholarships and Melbourne University International Scholarships.
