Training sessions and matches (inter-collegiate championships) are organised regularly by the respective clubs for their members. This includes HELP football and hockey leagues, which are ongoing. Some clubs are registered nationally, eg the Hockey Club is registered with the KL Hockey Association and is participating in the KL League. Many of HELP's sports achievers represent the nation in a host of sporting events. HELP has also consistently garnered the overall champion of the MAPCU Sports Championships from 2003- 2008.
In addition, HELP University College hosts several annual international events of prestige such as the European Film Festival, French Film Festival, South Australian Wine & Food Festival, Fete de la Musique and many international musical performances. These events are important avenues to expose and educate our students to the finer qualities of balanced personal development.
