Yes, you can choose to continue your post grad studies in various countries (including Australia, NZ, UK and the US).

It is a general degree in psychology and students will be exposed to all areas in the field of psychology.  All top psychology programs in major countries do not specialize in their first degree and this is the case for the HELP program.  You will learn about early childhood education as part of your degree.

Yes. HELP program is recognized by over 40 universities in Australia, United Kingdom, and New Zealand.

Certainly. They make good psychologists because they are good listeners, which is an important trait in counseling and clinical psychology.

Career options are very wide for psychology graduates because wherever there are people, there is a need for psychologists. Psychology after all is the study of human behavior, thoughts and feelings. No other graduate understands people better than a psychology graduate. Options include: human resource management, marketing, customer service, research analyst, advertising, counseling, clinical psychology, child psychology, training, social work. The salary of course will depend on which company you are working for. But it is not true to say that a psychologist is poor. There are trainers who are earning over $4000 a day for training. The good thing about psychology in Malaysia is that the competition is very limited; so the chances of jobs are higher than other degree options.

Different universities call their psychology degrees by different names. Usually the degree name reflects which faculty the psychology program is from. For example; a Bachelor of Arts in psychology means that the psychology program is from the arts faculty. The important thing is that IT DOES NOT MATTER. As long as the psychology degree is recognised by the local psychology accreditation board (for example APS in Australia and BPS in the UK) it is really the same thing. It has no long term implications for your area of specialization or post graduate studies. In the end you study the same thing. In Malaysia, HELP is offering a Bachelor of Psychology which I think is the most appropriate name for the degree. In Australia, NZ, US and the UK, Hons stand for Honors which is an extra title you earn if your grades are above a certain level. In Australia, NZ and the US only the top 20% of students can get into honors.
