MoU between HELP and Guangxi University

HELP University College signed a MOU (Memorandum Of Understanding) with Guangxi University on Tuesday 5 Apr, 2011. Signed by Datuk Dr. Paul Chan Tuck Hoong, President HELP University College and Prof. Liang Ying, Vice President, Guangxi University.

The MOU signing was witnessed by Mr Guo Shengkun, Secretary of CPC Guangxi Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of Guangxi People's Congress. And also witnessed by Datuk Dr Hou Kok Chung, Malaysia's deputy minister of higher education.

It was held at Wisma MCA , Kuala Lumpur during the opening ceremony of the Guangxi Education Fair organised by the Guangxi Education Department and co-organised by Malaysia-China Friendship Association and INTI Trust Fund.
