The GCE A Levels program is conducted by the prestigious London Examinations and delivered by Edexcel International, which works closely with the UK goverment, education ministries around the world, universities and professional organisations to ensure high academic standards.

The London Examinations is the largest provider of the A-Levels, not only in the UK, but also in the world. Formerly known as the University of London Examinations and Assessment Council (ULEAC), it is highly regarded, has an equivalent standing to Advanced Level examinations conducted by the various Examining Boards in the United Kingdom and is recognised world-wide. It is a home-based examination (students in the UK sit for the same examination papers) and not an international version of the same examination offered in the UK.

 
Edexcel International accorded the Centre of Excellence award to HELP University College for exceptional delivery of the London Examinations GCE A Levels, in recognition of HELP's superior facilities, outstanding quality of teaching by qualified and experienced lecturers, and for the excellent pastoral support available to their students. The GCE A Levels program at HELP University College is fully accredited by the National Accreditation Board of Malaysia (Lembaga Akreditasi Negara). Both science and arts subjects are available for students who have just completed their SPM or O Level examinations (or their equivalent).
