In a recent MoU signed between HELP and Russian Resources Sdn Bhd and witnessed by the Russian Ambassador to Malaysia His Excellency Alexander A Karchava, Russian Resources Sdn Bhd has allocated 60 places in three Russian universities specifically for HELP Foundation in Science students, provided the students meet the minimum entry requirements. Students will spend one year pursuing the Foundation in Science program at HELP and six years at any one of the following 3 Russian universities:

• Moscow Medical Academy
• Nizhny Novgorod State Medical Academy
• Volgograd State Medical University

The total course fee for the six years ranges from RM100,000 to RM200,000 at the three medical universities mentioned above.
